Important to know
An important condition is the legality of your stay in Ukraine at the time of marriage. This means that if, for example, you have exceeded your period of stay here, you will not be able to register your marriage. This fact will be confirmed by your foreign passport with a stamp about entry into Ukraine. If, for example, you already have a residence permit in Ukraine, it is important that there are at least three days left before its expiration date. By the way, another important fact is that to carry out the procedure, your passport must have more than 6 months until its expiration date.
