Volodymyr Gurlov joined the working group of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

Our firm’s expertise in the field of legal regulation of non-profit organizations will be used for improvement of Ukrainian legislation in force.

Managing partner of our law firm Volodymyr Gurlov joined working group of the Ministry of Youth and Sports which works on the matters of activities of non-governmental organizations and their affiliates.

This working group will be conducting analysis and, if required, provide its suggestions regarding bill of the Law of Ukraine “On non-governmental organizations” (hereinafter – the Law).

The Law entered into force at the beginning of 2013. One year of activities regulated by the Law allowed us to identify a number of drawbacks which in practice cause troubles for non-governmental organizations.

We hope that Mr. Gurlov’s participation in the working group of the Ministry will allow to use accumulated experience of our attorneys for improvement of regulations on non-governmental organizations.
